He will likely take a 3D CBCT scan to get a clearer view of your facial features and condition. This permanent denture is secured to several dental implants, which become fused to the jaw bone. Dental implants stimulate the bone in the jaw, which improves the jaw’s integrity; traditional dentures do not stimulate the bone, which can lead to atrophy or deterioration.
